He was born in 10th of June, 1984 in Tashkent Region (Uzbekistan). Currently Michael lives in Tashkent city. He is a Senior Research Fellow in the Institute of History, Academy of Science of Uzbekistan.

He had graduated from the faculty of philosophy of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo-Ulugbek, speciality is sociology. Michael has a degree of PhD in History, author of more then thirty scientific publications and the one monography.

He is participant of republican and international conferences (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Switzerland).​
